True Grit is a LONG, TOUGH, & TECHNICAL early-season racing tradition. No matter the discipline, distance, or bike you choose, you will be pushed to show your moxie, your determination, your True Grit.
The term Grit is defined as having strength of mind, great courage or fearlessness; fortitude.
The unmatched and unworldly terrain of Southern Utah provides the perfect backdrop, whether you are dropping the Water Fall on the Mountain Bike course or the Rollers of Doom on the Gravel course, or taking on 3 days of relentless desert landscape, this area demands your very best.
Getting Around
Traveling to Southern Utah
The greater St George area, also known as Greater Zion, is located just a few miles south of the “snow line” and therefore has a mild climate .
Venue in Santa Clara
Santa Clara City a small town adjacent to St George and is located in the far southwest corner of the state, just 8 miles from the Arizona border.
Expo
The vendor expo will run Friday and Saturday 10 am – 6:30 PM and includes Food Vendors, a Beer Garden, music, and Bike industry vendors.
