Registration Opens September 1, 2022 @ 6 PM Mountain Time for the 2023 race.
This is not an easy race to be taken lightly, so choose your category to suit your springtime fitness level.
The total field of racers is limited to 500 participants
Entry is subject to UT sales taxes. The earlier you register the lower the price.
Each participant will receive an expertly marked course, course support, access to the post-race band, massage and recovery drinks, post-race meal, goodie bag, and finisher prize.

No refunds, No exceptions.
We begin planning, permitting, and purchasing items for an event well in advance based on your pre-registration. Therefore we have a strict no refund policy. Be aware when you decide to register. We feel like our flexible transfer and change policies should accommodate most people and situations.

- 45 Days Prior to the event: Deadline to Defer to the following year. A fee may apply. You must transfer to the same race and Category. You will be able to deferral using the Transfer Tool on BikeReg.
- 10 Days Prior to the Event;
- You may transfer your entry to a different participant using the online transfer tool. Registration is transferable to the current event and year only. The deadline to Transfer is 10 days prior to the event online.
- You may change to a different category for a fee. The last day to make changes is 10 days prior to the race.
- If there is a waitlist in your category, you may request a credit or refund if there is a person who can take your spot off the waitlist.
- You may cancel your entry and receive a credit valued at 40% of your entry fee to use toward any GRO event within 1 year of cancellation. You MUST cancel no less than 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
- 9-0 Days before the Event: Cancellations less than 10 days prior to an event and no-shows do not qualify for a credit.
Cancelations must be made in writing to info@groraces.com. Cancelation inquiries will not be accepted via text or social media messaging.
- We highly encourage you to take the optional insurance to protect your entry fee. This is provided by Bikereg and is not affiliated with GRO Races.
Event Cancelations and Delays
The safety of racers, our volunteers, and our staff is critically important to us here at GRO. This means there may come a time when a race must be delayed, shortened, or canceled due to Mother Nature or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this situation, we will do our best to make fair decisions. Becuase these situations arrise suddenly, we will not be able to offer refunds. We highly encourage you to take out separate event insurance to protect your entry fee.
Transfers and Changes
We allow participants to change their category or transfer their entry to another person within the time frame outlined in the cancelation policy.
