The Ultimate Bike Packing Adventure
Make unPAved a weekend adventure by camping overnight at RB Winter State Park, nestled tight in the northeast corner of the Bald Eagle State Forest, just off of State Rte. 192. We have reserved 18 campsites that hold 5 people each. Facilities include hot showers, hiking trail, telephone, restrooms, trash, water, electricity, tables, and shade.
This is a more flexible way to enjoy the 90 or 125-mile course with friends, and new friends you’ll make over the weekend!
You can complete the 90 or 125 mile routes at any pace. A typical ride could look like this:
- Saturday
- Pick up packet and drop your gear in Lewisburg (anytime between 9 am – Noon)
- Get rollin’ on course
- Arrive at RB Winter (Mile 25) and drop your extra bags or get some of your gear at the Support Site
- Note: Campsites cannot be set up before 3 pm
- Ride the Different Difference (aka the new Burly-30), or don’t!
