The 2023 Festival covers 10 city blocks, including Market Street. The unPAved expo is located in White Pine Alley between 4th and 3rd. Access for participants will be from St Louis and Blackberry Alley.

The unPAved Expo at the Lewisburg Fall Festival is an opportunity to get exposure to 1,000 endurance cyclists who are riding the unPAved gravel event on Sunday, plus over 6,000 Festival attendees.

Tier 1 Spots

Tier 1 spots are located where the action happens. They are adjacent to the unPAved Headquarters, where staff and volunteers will be handing out registration packets and selling official merchandise. There are 10 spots total, some 10×10 and some 15×20. Each section surrounds a stage where music and announcements will happen, and athletes can gather and mingle. This section is anchored by two expo entrances.

• $100  additional to Tier 2 Sponsor
• $225 additional to Tier 3 Sponsor
• $500 to Expo-Only vendors.

Tier 2 Spots 

There are 10 Tier 2 spots. The spots on the street are 10×10. The area is anchored by one expo entrance.

• $0 Free to Partner, Tier 1, and Tier 2 Sponsors of unPAved
• $75 additional for Tier 3 Sponsors
• $225 for Expo-Only Vendors

Tier 3 Spots 

There are 17 Tier 3 spots.  Although these spots are farther from HQ, they are adjacent to the beer garden and food trucks. So ya can’t go wrong.

• $125 for Expo-Only vendors

If you would like to “Class-up” just request a code for your discount before signing up for the spot.

1. Vendor display times are 10 am to 5 pm and vendors must remain operational during these times.
2. Vendors may set up starting at 5 am and must be fully dismantled by 7 pm.
3. Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance to naming GRO Promotions LLC and unPAved event.
4. Vendors must un-load vehicles and park them in designated parking areas before setting up. No vehicle may be parked within the Expo perimeters unless it is integral to the display and coordinated ahead of time with the Race Director.
5. Festival volunteers will be on hand to assist vendors in finding their spots.
6. Vendors must supply their own power.
7. Vendors must sign a terms and liability waiver prior to setting up.

This is an opportunity for LOCAL BUSINESSES ONLY to make their food or wares available to the unPAved participants on the event day.

The Rusty Rail Brewery is the end of timing for all unPAved participants. We are encouraging participants to bring money. They will be hungry.
