On-line Registration closes, last day for transfers or cancelations

Course marking begins

9 am -Frog Town set-up begins

12 pm – Frog Town opens to vendors

4 pm – Frog Town opens to participants to Camp. The full course is ready for pre-riding

2 pm – 8 pm Packet Pick-up at the Venue. Walk-up registration and changes allowed

10 pm Lights out quite hours

6:30 am -9 am Packet Pick-up ( Absolutely no changes and no registration)

9:30 am – Racer Meeting, set clocks to Frog Time now ( back 1 hr)

9:45 am – First racer must have bikes placed and proceed to start line

10:00 am – Race begins for all categories

10:50 am – First riders start coming in

6:00 pm – Lights burning

7:00 Pm – Nighttime feed zone opens

9:59:59 pm – Last lap for 12-hour racers

12:00 am – Mid-night pie

9:59:59 am Last chance for riders to head out – 25 hours ( yeah baby you did it!!!)

10:15 AM Band sets up to play

11:00 Last riders finishing

11:30 Costume celebration and swag give away

11:45 Awards Ceremony

1:40 More Swag for those who stay to the end.

2:00 PM Frog Town closes down – Travel Safe and see ya next year 🙂
