The total field of racers is limited to 320 total participants and 150 solos
Each participant will receive an expertly marked course, course support, commemorative t-shirt, & sticker, Swag give-away.
All pricing is per team.
Take a kid mountain biking is one kid and one parent or adult over 21. This category allows adults to ride on course with their kids.
Age limit for youth in other categories is 14 ( unless otherwise arranged with the race director) All other youth teams must register in regular categories.

Cancellation Policy
GRO CANCELLATIONS POLICY
No refunds, No exceptions.
We begin planning, permitting, and purchasing items for an event well in advance based on your pre-registration. Therefore we have a strict no refund policy. Be aware when you decide to register. We feel like our flexible transfer and change policies should accommodate most people and situations.
- You may defer your entry to another year up to 30 days prior to the event.
- You may transfer your entry free of charge to a different participant using the on-line transfer tool with your registration Registrations are transferable current event and year only.
- You may transfer to a different category for a fee.
- You may cancel your entry and receive a credit valued at 40% of your entry fee to use toward any GRO event within 1 year of cancellation. You MUST cancel no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
- Cancellations less than 9 days prior to an event and no -shows do not qualify for a credit.
Event Cancellations
The safety of racers, your crew, and our volunteers and staff is critically important to us here at GRO ! This means there may come a time when a race must be delayed, shortened or canceled due to Mother Nature or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this situation we will do our best to modifying times so we can get fair results, but under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
Transfers and Changes
You may transfer your entry free of charge using the CHANGE REGISTRATION link and your receipt. The transfer must be in the same category.
You can make additional changes to category, class, team name ect for the following fee.
$ 10 per change -Before 3/29,
If you change to a lessor distance you will not receive a refund on the price difference but we will not charge you a change fee.
If you change to a higher priced category you will pay the change fee + the price difference.
